E-VRPTW Best Known Results

Best known solutions (number of vehicles and total distance) for the E-VRPTW benchmark of [Schneider, Stenger & Goeke 2014], derived from the Solomon instances. Values correspond to the results reported in the original paper; state-of-the-art metaheuristics may improve some of them.
