Description of the Files of Taillard's Benchmark
The format of the data files in all directories is as follows.
Data files
The file structure begins with a line containing i B, where:

The next line contains C, the capacity of the vehicles. After that, the depot coordinates (x, y) are shown. Finally, the customers are specified as x y q, where:
