Description of the Files of Breedam's Benchmark
The format of the data and solution files in all directories is as follows.
Data files
The file structure is:

Each line describes one stop. Open TW1 / Close TW1 and Open TW2 / Close TW2 are the opening and closing times of the two time windows of the stop. In the last column, 0 means a delivery and 1 a pickup.
